What do I need to purchase wholesale?
You only need a verified account. Customers in the USA will need to submit a photocopy of their State Tax ID before gaining access to wholesale pricing. We will review your application and respond within 24 hours. Once approved, you will have unrestricted access to One Hit Wonder's wholesale catalog. Wholesale ordering has never been easier!
How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be paid for using the following methods:
- Credit Card / Debit Card: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. Simply select the Credit Card option at check out and fill out the corresponding fields.
- Chase QuickPay: Select the Chase QuickPay option at checkout. Fill in the required information. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and the amount due for that order. Send the QuickPay for the total amount due to Wholesale@OneHitWonderEliquid.com. Please include your Order Number in the notes/memo section.
- Wire Transfer: Select the wire transfer option at checkout. You will be provided further detailed instruction on how to complete your wire transfer.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is currently $375.00 USD Orders below $375.00 USD will not be able to checkout without prior approval.
What is the average order processing time?
All orders placed during Monday-Friday are scheduled to be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled first thing Monday morning. Please note: first-time international orders may experience an extra day of handling time while the order is being verified by our Fraud Protection Suite. To expedite this process, please send us a copy of the Credit Card used to place the order along with a photo of a matching government issued ID.
How long will take take for me to receive my order?
International orders usually ship with DHL Express International and transit time is 3-5 days, anywhere outside of the continental United States. Domestic shipping times will vary depending on the selected carrier/method. You will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order the moment it has shipped.
